• PACKAGE INCLUDES – 4 x ABS corner mounting brackets, 2 x side mounting brackets, 1 x solar cable entry gland, 2 x cable mounting heads, 2 x pre-installed rubber plugs, 2 x spare rubber plugs, 12 x self-tapping screws. • PREMIUM AND RELIABLE MATERIAL – Made of high-quality, high-strength ABS engineering plastic, UV resistant, environmentally friendly and non-corrosive. Protected from solar panel damage by edges and four corner supports. The included cable gland cover has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and is widely used in the wiring process of solar projects. Two rubber grommets are included to prevent the cables and mounting head from coming loose.
• EASY AND FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION – No need to drill holes, just use silicone sealant (not included in the package) to attach it to the location that needs to be used. After bonding, you can wait a while until the sealant becomes stronger. If you want it to be more stable, you can drill holes on the side of the pre-drilled holes, then use screws (not included) to install the solar panel bracket.
• EASY TO DISSIPATE HEAT AND CLEAN – The strong side support of the solar system raises the solar panels to the optimum height, allowing proper air circulation between the panels and the roof, ensuring the panels stay cool under high temperatures. The specially designed height helps ventilation and heat dissipation, keeping the air gap for heat dissipation between the solar panel and the roof/roof. It also provides space to clean the stand for easy cleaning.
• WIDE RANGE OF USES – Suitable for mounting on caravans, roofs, car covers, garages, sheds or other flat surfaces (aluminium, wood, GPR). Can be used with any aluminum frame solar panel with a side length of 30cm/11.8” or more, ideal for large solar panels of 100W and above, and can be securely mounted on flat roofs without drilling.
